Swedish Business and Contract Law
Deepen your knowledge of the legal aspects of procurement profitability and efficiency!
About the course
Business and Contract Law is becoming an increasingly important aspect of a company's ability to achieve strong results and develop its business model. Effective administrative management of purchasing and sales requires a deeper understanding of the Swedish legal system.
Purchasing and sales are closely connected to various legal issues. As you have likely already experienced in your professional role, there can be relatively complex and difficult-to-interpret legal matters, such as agreements, authorizations, or complaints, along with associated penalties.
This training aims to clarify your rights and obligations, whether you are a buyer or a seller. It explains how to draft agreements effectively and enhance your internal contracting processes. The course also provides fundamental knowledge of the civil laws and regulations surrounding the purchasing and selling process, as well as insight into common litigation issues from a legal perspective. Additionally, we offer an overview of how legal frameworks influence routines and administrative procedures.
Furthermore, the course will explore various dispute resolution methods in relation to contractual provisions and practical case studies.
The course will be held in English
